I would like to introduce you to the principles that i have followed religiously to ensure i get maximum results. i divide these principles into two categories, namely; Mental Principles and Physical principles. Today let’s talk about;
These principles require you to get intouch with your inner self and conquer him/her to help you in this journey.
Let’s get straight to these principles.
How strong is your WHY?. Have you been motivated, by who? or what? Are you tired of being over weight or under weight? Are you preventing a specific non commuicable disease or does it run in your family? Has your doctor told you to start adapting to a healthy lifestyle. Are you just following the fitness trend and dont want to be left behind?. Have you trained for a while and now want something challenging? Or do you just want to look sexy?.
All these are examples of “WHY’s?” that you should ask yourself sothat when you feel low in your journey, you remember WHY you started.
According to wikipedia,
Discipline is action or inaction that is regulated to be in accordance (or to achieve accord) with a system of governance.
My emphasis is on “action” . We all have to take actions daily to reach our goals come rain or shine.
In Fitness and Health, we are trying to change our lifestyle from our old lifestyle mainly driven by the wind and no purpose to that of purpose. This cannot be achieved if your are half-in the process.
Being able to train daily and eat well according to your program or plan without fail or without any motivation requires a great amount of discipline.
The best way i have been able to build discipline is by doing what i’m supposed to do when i’m supposed to do it come rain or shine, either with presence of motivation or no motivation.
Practice makes perfect, so as you build your discipline it will get easier by the day.

steadfast adherence to the same principles, course, form , etc.
My emphasis is on steadfast adherence to the same principles. Your Health and Fitness lifestyle should be your daily routine day in, day out, well at least for the weekdays or simply according to your program without fail.
As i always tell my clients,” Dont worry about the results, worry about being consistent because with consistency, automatically results follow”.
In a nutshell, all these 3 principles in my opinion will help you make your Health and Fitness journey fun and full of crazy results. Hang in there, brace yourself and be the best version of you.
